Interesting conversation with a Quality manager who is eager to digitalize their organization’s quality process especially interested in Audit Management Software
Recently got a call from him at 4pm that day, who was contacted last on Jan 2022 earlier.
Quality Manager: Introduced himself to me
Self: Yes Sir, happy to get a call from you. Tell me your requirement to move on
Quality Manager: We are looking for “Audit Management” software. I hope you have it
Self: Yes sir we have it and we have total 16 modules in a single application
Quality Manager: Great to hear it, can we schedule a demo call
Self: if you are okay we can schedule it in another half an hour (ie, at 4.30pm – within 30 mins from the call)
Quality Manager: Yeah, I am okay
Self: Sent the invitation in the call and confirmed the receipt
*The call got over.
We connected at 4.30pm and showed the application workflow, features & functionalities. QA manager was surprised to experience it.
He told I am convinced that all the requirement is benchmarked to industry standards and meets our requirement as well. Let me take this to the management and revert you.
